We are able to perform most minor oral surgeries in-office, including removal of most wisdom teeth (third molars). The majority of people do not have room for full eruption of their wisdom teeth. In most cases, this makes it difficult to keep these teeth clean and healthy. Crowding, bite problems, pain and infection are often the result, and extractions are usually required to avoid potentially serious oral health issues.
