Implants
In most cases, dental implants are the best and most conservative way to replace missing teeth. They closely resemble natural teeth and have excellent long term success. The procedures involved with replacing missing teeth with implants are relatively simple and involve little discomfort. The missing tooth root is replaced by a titanium implant and a crown made to sit over the top of the implant. Implants can replace single or multiple missing teeth or can be used to help stabilize loose dentures. The final result is very strong and is the closest thing to a healthy, natural tooth.
